I hired a taxi for 2 days to cover all the local temples in Coimbatore and Ooty as well. The car was in good condition. Mr. Satish was our driver and he is very good driver also he explained us all the places along with the history behind the place. The journey was very safe for me and my family. I am fully satisfied with all the services. One can also hire a cab from Royal Travels. They are providing hassle free services.

I would like to thank Royal Travels & Mr. Sravanan (the driver) for the excellent service provided during our visit to Palani Temple from Coimbatore & back on 11/11/2022. I was travelling along with my mother & aunty (both senior citizens). We were provided with Toyota Innova, which was in excellent condition. As far as Mr. Sravanan - our driver is concerned, he is very humble, having good control over driving and lot of patience. Recently availed taxi from Coimbatore Taxi with the package Coimbatore-Ooty-Coimbatore. Taxi driver Mr. Balaji is very professional and a polite person and have excellent driving skills. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the services and care we received from ROYAL TRAVELS during our visit to Coimbatore and Ooty from 25th to 29th November 2021. I was along with my wife ( senior citizens) went to Ooty for vacation. The Cab service provided by the Royal Travels was excellent and very reasonable. A Etios car was provided to us which was so neat and clean and well sanitized. We specially thanks to Shri Murugan, Driver who is so professional and very helpful and friendly. The tour was simply superb which was organized and arranged very well.
Especially on the tour changes which I requested from Ooty to go Wayanad instead of Mysore/Kodaikanal due to the present Covid conditions,. My request for a change of tour plans was accepted and they did it with perfect timings with required e-passes. The entire team at Royal Travels is very very good and responsive to all our telephone calls, emails, and were quick to address our needs. The vehicle given to us was Etios with Driver Sri Saravana Murthy Garu who is very experienced, well acquainted with local situations, routes, tourist places to be seen, shops, etc. He was very supportive and did all his might to cover all promised tourist places.
